I’ve been writing about music professionally since 2000, but I work a corporate day job as a senior content editor for a media company in order to pay my bills and feed myself. I’ve written for Billboard, Spin.com, RollingStone.com, the Village Voice, NYMag.com, Entertainment Weekly, Noisey, UFC magazine, MTV.com, VH1.com, Newsday, Decibel, Magnet, Seattle Weekly, Minneapolis City Pages, NYRock.com, and a slew of other publications that I can’t remember at the moment. I’ve been a panel moderator at music conferences, a speaker at public and private high schools, a volunteer instructor at the Girl Scouts Scholars Program, and I volunteer at Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls. I live in Brooklyn and love craft beer and donuts.

This is a very incomplete, very poorly designed archive of my clips. Note: Nothing I’ve written for Decibel appears here because Decibel is print only, so don’t go looking for my metal stuff. Buy the magazine.

Thank you for reading.
